This Privacy Policy explains how Chatterlinkk LLC ("Chatterlinkk", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit chatterlinkk.com or apply for management.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our application form or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, social or creator handles, platform and revenue details, and anything else you write in the form or message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and any analytics we use may record your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are for adults only.

3. Service providers
We use third-party services to run the site and our business. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase Hosting — website hosting and server logs
- Jotform — our application form
- Google Fonts — web fonts (your IP address is sent to Google when fonts load)
- Brevo — email delivery
- Telegram — if you contact us there, Telegram handles that conversation
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Advertising and tracking
If we run advertising, we may use tracking technologies (such as the Meta Pixel) that share limited information about your visit with advertising platforms. Under California law this can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 6, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.
5. Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies at the time of this update. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies required to serve the site. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
6. Your rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Other US states
Residents of states with comparable privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and Texas) have similar rights. Use the same contact address.
EEA and UK visitors
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR / UK GDPR. We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, and in our legitimate interests in operating our business. 7. Retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to it, and client data for as long as you are a client plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers operate internationally. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
