TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of chatterlinkk.com (the "Site"), operated by Chatterlinkk LLC ("Chatterlinkk", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit an application or receive our services. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. The Site is not an offer

Everything on the Site is general information about what we do. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that we will work with you. Applying does not create a client relationship. We accept clients selectively and may decline any application for any lawful reason.

3. Management services

If we accept you as a client, our relationship is governed by a separate written management agreement, not by these Terms. That agreement sets out the scope of work, the fee structure, the term and how either side can end it. Where the two documents conflict, the management agreement controls.

Our fees are performance-based. Exact terms depend on the account and are agreed in writing before any work begins.

4. Your content and accounts

You keep ownership of your content, name, likeness and accounts. If you become a client, you grant us the limited permission we need to perform the agreed services on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you give us and that it complies with the rules of the platforms you use.

5. Our content

The Site, its text, design, graphics and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without our written permission.

6. Third-party links and partners

The Site links to third-party sites and partner platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Some links are referral or affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission or other benefit if you sign up. These are marked on the Site.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. We are not a bank, a financial adviser or a regulated financial services provider.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular revenue, growth, follower count or other outcome. Results shown on the Site are specific to individual clients and are not what every client achieves. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatterlinkk LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wyoming. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@chatterlinkk.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them.
